Power Hybrid Circuits

CIL has extensive design and manufacturing capability of power hybrid and heavy gauge wire bonding to thermally conductive substrates. CIL's engineers using a combination of CAD design and modern assembly equipment currently supply power hybrids into a variety of market sectors. We are still heavily active in this area as designers are endeavouring to get more and more power/functionality our of a smaller area and this technology is able to help in this area. One area that CIL is very advanced in is high power modules using LED's which use a combination of air / water / peltier cooling to enable the LED's to function correctly.
