CREE LED's

CIL has been designing and manufacturing products using both bare die and packaged CREE LED's since 2004. We have a siginficant number of products in manufacture in both technologies and this is increasing. CIL manufacturing equipment is set up to handle CREE bare die and CREE packaged LED's and mount them on a number of different substrate types. These substrates can be FR4 or Metal Clad PCB's thruogh to Ceramic and even custom packages. CIL not only assembles these products but we also have extensive design capability with CREE's LED products
