From design support, through to prototyping, test and supply of production parts of not only the LED assembly, but also all associated drive electronics and even full box build if required. CIL is able to cover all aspects of design using LUMILED's including the following

LED Cooling
CIL can source a selection of products dedicated to cooling high Power LED lighting arrays. This technology has well designed properties to ensure all products are thermally managed and built to the highest quality. Also we have a proven track record of designing assemblies using forced cooling such as Air, Water and Peltier coolled.

Thermal Interface Basics
We fully comprehend the basics of thermal management. From the theory relating to heat transfer, to the various material types and what they are designed to do. With our 20 year history of the assembly of complex assemblies we have the supply network highly skilled design and assembly departments at your disposal.

Metal Clad PCB's ( MCB )
We have full PADS PCB design suite on site with all the necessary engineers and a number of supplies for these Metal Clad PCB's. Whether its ones off or many thousands we select the appropriate supplier for the project.

Heatsink Design

We have the software and manufacturing partners to assist with custom parts which include cast /machined / extrusions of any design.
