Conventional PCB Assembly

Within CIL manufacturing we can offer a variety of  methods for the "Conventional" electronics assembly of product.  Hand soldering, Flow soldering or even automated selective soldering can be provided, to meet our customers workmanship standards, including IPC 610 Level C "Target Conditions".

• Tyco Opus 3  Lead Free Selective Soldering station, with Nitrogen blanket
• Format III Axial & Radial cut and crop machine

• Automated wire cut & strip
• Conformal Coating, potting and encapsulation systems
