Engineering Support

CIL's Manufacturing Group has a Engineering team that is available to work alongside our customers design and engineering staff. They ensure that all required production process parameters have been selected and are controlled to ensure that product quality and reliability attributes have been met.

Production and Test Engineering have available at their disposal, modern hardware and software tools enabling them to use core design data, quickly and efficiently in developing production and test processes, such as Placment programming, AOI, (Automatic Optical Inspection) and Flying Probe test programs. CIL is also able to proved our customers with the generation of compete test solutions, hardware and software, automated or virtual using our Solution Partners.

Acting as the main interface, CIL can fully source turnkey test solutions for most applications ranging from full ATE, Teradyne fixtures and associated programming, also product specific test fixtures and test boxes so that our customers engineering departments may concentrate fully on their own product design.

Robust Test and product verification is a key output from the New Product Introduction Process at CIL ensuring that we only delivery high quality conforming product, complete with the required test and inspection data.
