Enhanced Front End Engineering System

Custom Interconnect Limited has added the Siemens "Test Expert" software to its front end engineering tool box.  Test Expert is an industry proven integrated solution that allows manufacturers to transfer data from the design phase to full product manufacture in a matter of minutes and hours rather than several days.

 CIL's need to provide fast-track early model production in shorter lead-times is increasing Test Expert will assist in producing the product configuration, the manufacturing data for the placement and AOI machines in addition to providing a comprehensive flying probe selection and test fixture design feature.

 Once fully integrated into CIL's existing Front End and NPI, (New Product Introduction)  Test Expert will assist in detecting errors and omissions with supplied data, as well as preparing production data and production support documentation.
