Latest manufacturing capability and new LED technology demonstrated by CIL and COOLLED on Stand: H416
On a shared stand (H416) Custom Interconnect Limited (CIL) will illustrate one of the most up-to-date and comprehensive electronics design and manufacturing facilities in the country while COOLLED demonstrates the innovative LED array technology, announced earlier this year, and UV LED products for industrial bonding applications.

CIL's manufacturing capability caters for any size board from
a tiny sensor measuring just a few millimetres to large, mixed
technology boards measuring over 300cm square. The company offers
a true 'one stop shop' electronics sub-contract design and manufacturing
capability that covers: circuit design, CAD layout, prototyping,
auto SMT, BGA, 0402, X-Ray, die/wire bonding, flying probe test
and much more all in-house.
COOLLED LTD, a company within the Custom Interconnect group, introduces
new products that set new standards in UV curing. A new, patent
pending manufacturing process, introduced earlier this year allows
LEDs to be built into densely packed arrays with sufficient power
to provide fast, simple and highly cost-effective UV curing using
LED light sources.
Compared to conventional lamps, curing with LEDs has low cost
of ownership, produces an immediate and consistent light source
over a long period with a lifetime of over 10,000 hours and produces
a light with an extremely narrow bandwidth.
On display will be the COOLLED 2600, a portable, UV LED curing
pen that produces bursts of high intensity UV visible light capable
of curing products within seconds. Low cost, lightweight and safe
to use, this new curing pen opens up endless possibilities for
UV curing. A bench mounted, water cooled version will also be
on display and more information is available on the web site at
the following address www.coolled.com.
