Contract manufacturer raises its standards

Custom Interconnect Limited (CIL), the Whitchurch based design and contract manufacturing specialist, has achieved upgraded quality approval levels by being fully accredited by UKAS to BS EN IS9001:2000. This accreditation covers both sites at its Whitchurch facility in Hampshire.

John Boston, managing director of CIL said: "Obtaining full UKAS accreditation takes a lot of work, but our business is based upon the quality of service that we deliver to our customers and this process is all part of a continued quest for improvement".
