With over 21 years’ experience working in the electronics manufacturing industry, across the military/aerospace/motorsport sectors, this extensive journey has allowed me to fully understand the requirements to be successful in PCBA manufacturing. Having led numerous projects over the years, supporting both large OEMS and the smaller CEMs visualised their processes, I have been able to support the industry in optimising their surface mount technology (SMT) using personnel, equipment, and real-time data.

I firmly believe in using statistical process control (SPC) proactively as intended, rather than reacting after the event. Process control and optimisation is critical, and being skilled in technical support, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and LEAN manufacturing, I continue to use my knowledge and experience to help support the business grow, whilst further supporting its high standards and reputation across the industry.
