Temperature Cycling

Custom Interconnect Limited can provide temperature cycling of PCBA’s and sub-assemblies, either as part of an in-process, or end of line requirement. We have various chambers which can provide static elevated temperatures or full temperature cycling at a rate of 15 degrees per minute to a maximum temperature of 220 degrees C and a minimum of -40 degrees centigrade C. We have chamber sizes up to and including almost a meter cubed and can accept larger products and PCBA's for testing.

We can make adjustments and active changes to RH (Relative Humidity) during the test cycle programs and also provide product performance testing during the cycle ranges, with active measurement being recorded via umbilical connections to the chambers.

As part of a design and development program we are able to offer Customers the use of chambers as part of their Design Verification and Validation stages.
