RF Testing

Custom Interconnect Limited has established a first class Radio Frequency Test Engineering and Test Development Team, that has itself accumulated extensive knowledge over many years of testing RF based products and solutions. We possess a sound technical RF understanding, and our practical experience extends across Low Power to Multiple Platform High Frequency, including integrated GSM and GPS technologies. 

CIL's Production Test Technicians are supported by a Test Engineering Team who can assist in providing help and support in developing appropriate test solutions using, synthetic test platforms such as Labview, to rugged functional testing using bespoke test jigs and fixtures. Custom Interconnect is fully equipped with various pieces of RF test equipment, a screened room, and RF isolation chambers for "At Power" testing.

We use our experience to ensure that prior to electronics testing, all other manufacturing related aspects have been carefully considered - such as component and material selection, and board cleanliness and coatings - some of which can affect the RF performance and product quality over the longer term. Our Final Assembly and Box Build facility centres on RF product build from hand-held equipment to fully perational base stations, and can provide functional testing of completed products at all stages of the assembly process.
