ISO 13485 Medical Approved Box Build Facility

In addition to Custom Interconnects extensive Electronics Production and Testing Facility, we have also one of the leading Product Build operations in the UK. CIL’s Box Build Facility is equipped with its own materials in-flow and storage systems, a clean room for the assembly of optical products and flexible production areas that can easily accommodate instruments of varying sizes and volumes. 

Both of the CIL facilities are fully approved to ISO 9000 and equally important, ISO13485 approval for the manufacture of Medical Devices; this accommodates the current production of various medical products.  Utilising their Product Build facility Custom Interconnect has the ability to support the full product life cycle from early model production and engineering support to return to base product servicing and upgrade for in service product.
